The smeSpire Training Platform
The smeSpire Training Platform contains modules which can be used by the smeSpire network members in a very flexible way, coherently with the vocational training curricula developed by smeSpire based on a series of Job Profiles and Business Processes related to INSPIRE implementations.
The smeSpire network members can:

- Knowledge of the concepts and components of an SDI
- Knowledge of the INSPIRE Legal Framework (Directive, IR)
- Knowledge of the main requirements of the IR
- Knowledge or experience with the INSPIRE monitoring and reporting requirements
- Knowledge or experience with costs/benefit assessment
- Knowledge of the European PSI directive
INSPIRE spatial data technical expert | click for more details
- Experience with the development or use of geo-standards (OGC, ISO/TC 211, CEN/TC 287)
- Knowledge of the IR & technical guidelines for metadata
- Experience with the creation of INSPIRE metadata for spatial data
- Knowledge of the INSPIRE conceptual framework for data modelling
- Knowledge of the main requirements for data interoperability
- Knowledge of the IR for data specifications
- Experience with data transformation using the INSPIRE data specifications (UML INSPIRE profile/GML application schema)
- Knowledge or experience with tools to validate the interoperability and INSPIRE conformance testing

- Experience with the development or use of geo-standards (OGC, ISO/TC 211, CEN/TC 287, W3C, OASIS)
- Knowledge of the IR & technical guidelines for metadata
- Experience with the creation and maintenance of INSPIRE metadata for network services
- Knowledge of the IR & technical guidelines for network services
- Knowledge or experience with Service Oriented architectures
- Knowledge or experience with Resource Oriented architectures
- Knowledge or experience with authentication and access control (security of services)
- Knowledge of the INSPIRE Network Services SOAP Framework
- Knowledge or experience with tools to validate the interoperability and INSPIRE conformance testing
- Knowledge or experience with innovative technologies (sensor web enablement, augmented reality, VGI, semantic web of linked data…)
